WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT
While on the run, Erwan, a young defector, meets Celia, a lost soul who joins him in his getaway. They are both trailed by an old man, Institoris, sent by the system to track them down and seize them, dead or alive.
Director Statement
Through minimal mise-en-scène and subtle editing, the film tragically depicts characters on a downward spiral. They waver between energy, exhaustion, and suffering.
The subversion of classic « Western » film codes sets the film in the realm of visceral drama, made up of flesh, noise, silence and fury; a kind of surrealist manhunt.
Besides its metaphor of power and order (the Inquisition), « ultravoKal » portrays a certain system which controls beings in order to dominate and destroy them.

WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT
If you think all transgender stories are the same – sex, transformation, mutilation, mental illness,... - you can't be more wrong ! Landscapes tells the story of four very different people, or better said, tells 4 different stories of a small group of friends living in rural areas, North East of Thailand (Isan). Their daily life is made of basic repetitive things: eating, sleeping, working, partying, dreaming. In a word, surviving, like we all do. But what we don't all do is having to cope with that peculiar feeling, that sensation that you will never be able to live your life fully, that you will never reach any level of happiness. A hard fate, for sure, but accepting that fate and agreeing to tell us what it means - even in a country, Thailand, where everybody says it's easier to be accepted when you are transgender (which is a false affirmation) - reveals extraordinary characters whose personal balance is always at risk. Sad but true, these stories are nevertheless also very positive as the message brought by these universal cameos is so powerful and sincere that you can only be touched.

WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT
Black Box is the result of 5 years following the creation process of 'The House of Dancing Water', a show directed in Macau (China) by ex- Cirque du Soleil's most famous director : Franco Dragone. It is a journey through time, exploring the minds, the moods, the sensations,... of a series of artists (conceptualizing and performing) responsible for one of the biggest show ever created in the world with genuine artistic ambitions. It is not a 'making of' of the show, far from it, it is a series of exchanges about life through theater and how the cultural, social, educational environment of each individual has an important impact on every aspect of any collective creative process.

WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT
Harry Applefish, an isolated Belgian spy, paranoid, willing to fight foreign forces to serve his country, is disturbed in his daily activities by two men seeking for a job. Their presence in Harry's secret hole transform him in the most extreme ways. Harry slowly looses control in a series of misunderstandings that lead to a chaotic, absurd situation. He is convinced of being the victim of a major conspiracy lead by his chief, Mister Brain.

Alice meets different people in the city, She often crosses the same woman, another Alice, at different ages. Alice is recognizable by a large scar on her right hand. Gradually, the men in Alice's entourage approach her. She is dragged from hand to hand and is being transformed.
